Murder Mystery Triangle

Sohrab Habibion (guitar, vocals) lives in Brooklyn, NY with his wife and son. He plays in a band called Obits with Rick Froberg (Drive Like Jehu, Hot Snakes) and collaborates with Michael Hampton (SOA, The Faith, One Last Wish) on music for television, film and websites.

Steve Raskin (guitar, vocals) keeps the D.C. flag flying with his label, Fort Knox Recordings, as well as producing, remixing and DJ-ing under many, many monikers, including Thunderball, Liftoff and Fort Knox Five.

Geoff Sanoff (bass) switched to the other side of the control booth after moving to NYC, working with everyone from Secret Machines and Nada Surf to Lloyd Cole, Keith Urban and Michael Stipe. He even received a Grammy for Stephen Colbert's Christmas special.

Steven Albert (drums) is channeling John Coltrane and Brian Wilson in Boston, MA as you read this. He also works with Steve Raskin in Liftoff, creating "psychedelic soundscapes that move between various altered states, mystical realms and strawberry fields." [Dudes. Really?!? -ed.]

John Dugan (drums) helped make Detroit Folly and travelled the country with Edsel before returning to his regular gig in Chisel. Later he and Steve Raskin were in Piper Cub. He's currently in Chicago, playing with the Chicago Stone Lightning Band and writing for Time Out magazine.

Nick Pelliciotto (drums) quit the group following The Everlasting Belt Co. He went on to play drums with members of Girls Against Boys in New Wet Kojak. Nick was also a live soundman for Sleater-Kinney and Fugazi. Now he's in Austin, Texas, working as a technical writer for Avid.

Steve Ward (bass) started Edsel with Nick and Sohrab. He left after Strange Loop to follow his love of motorcycles. Last heard Mr. Ward was still looking as sharp as ever, but missing at least one toe.

Eli Janney (sampler) joined Edsel during the making of Strange Loop. Following a bit of touring he re-joined Girls Against Boys as one of two bass players. Since then he's made a career of producing and mixing albums, including ones by The Soft Pack, Ryan Adams and Holy Fuck.
